Several of Ultron's key personnel have more than 20 years in the industry. When the single-task trained technicians at the other companies might have been leaving their respective NDT company after three years, Ultron's Technicians were refining their knowledge of Ultrasound, Eddy Current, and Radiography, as well as learning more about the mining, cement, steel, and paper industries. Over 150 years of combined knowledge is ready to serve you.
The learning never ends in heavy industry. Ultron's technicians experience ongoing training. When a new examination technique is developed on a particular component, the procedure is written and distributed to the other technicians. The new idea does not stay with the technician that developed it. A procedure used on a machine in California also works on the same type of machine in Florida. Close informational ties with Original Equipment Manufacturers give Ultron the ability for annual training most NDT companies only dream about. Visual Gear Examination and Advanced Lubricants are examples of some of the topics covered in just the last couple of years.
No one in heavy industry submits finer preliminary reports and/or final reports. Ultron's technicians are armed with the latest instrumentation to perform the examination, and the latest computer equipment to report the examination. Our clients do not just receive a hand written piece of paper and a handshake, but a bound document including AutoCAD drawings and digital pictures (then a handshake!). Ultron's final report includes an engineered discussion involving O.E.M. assistance (if necessary), enhanced AutoCAD drawings, and digital photography. At request a hardcopy of the report is submitted in a functional three ring binder. The entire report is placed on a compact disc in Adobe pdf format. If you choose to place the report on your network, everyone in your organization can view your report from his/her computer screen. In addition, the report may also be assigned a web link. The link can then be emailed to all requested recipients for easy viewing. This is far beyond receiving a handwritten piece of paper.

Since Ultron is independent, a constructive look at any component can be provided. A non-biased report will be submitted giving you the best possible options.
